About us

Majorariatto is an indie game studio originally founded by Alva Majo and C. Navarro from Spain. We make games focused on interactive narratives.
We cherish fan expression and participation so, as a general rule, we won't take action to protect our copyright unless we really feel the need to do so.
That means you are free to do the following:
- Make and monetize gameplay videos.
- Make and sell fanart.
- Make and sell covers of our game's songs.
- Showcase our games at public events.
- Add a cameo appearance of any of our game's characters inside your game (we encourage cameos of Lariat the Witch!)
- Probably any transformative work you do for free.
Our current members are:
- Alva Majo is the leader of the bunch. You know him well: he handles game design, art, writing and coding (email, Twitter)
- Kony also codes and helps with testing (email, Twitter)
- C. Navarro takes care of the website and the iOS side of things (email, Twitter)
You can contact us via email at or through Twitter at @Majorariatto. We also have a Youtube channel.
This is what we're doing:
-
Product page Shipped
- PC (Win/Mac/Linux), Nintendo Switch

Challenge your friends in a naval battle of steering, pushing and shooting. Keep your ship on-screen and avoid crashing with land to survive.
Shipped is a simple local multiplayer naval game for up to 8 players. You can accelerate, but you can't brake! Choose your favorite girl and navigate around the screen without losing control of your ship. Grab crates to get bullets or shoot air with your empty cannons to push enemies or deflect incoming fire. Keep up with the movement of the camera! If your ship goes off-screen it will instantly explode!
Not enough friends? Add AI-controlled players or try to clear the single-player arcade mode.

Product page Golfing Over It
- PC (Win/Mac/Linux), iOS, Android
- 11 languages (see below)
- Release March 28th 2018
Golfing Over It with Alva Majo is a discouraging game about climbing a surreal mountain with a golf ball, a different take on 2017's hit "Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy". Experience the challenge of climbing an unyielding mountain without infuriating controls being part of that challenge.
Bennett Foddy has played this game and granted it his blessing.
- Golf your way up to the top.
- Listen as Alva explains why he made such a cruel game.
- Fall all the way back to the bottom.
- And if you manage to get to the top?
- Will that make you feel good?
- Will you feel that it's all been worth it?
- I think you will.
